Artise

Terms of use

Last updated: September 30, 2026

These terms cover the Artise chat service, its assistant Ari, and the Artise apps. By creating an account or using Artise you agree to them. If you use Artise through an organization (your company, school or family account), that organization's agreement with us also applies.

1. Your account

2. Acceptable use

Artise is for keeping your team or family organized. You agree not to use it, or the assistant, to:

Artise isn't designed for health information such as patient records, or for emergencies. If someone is in danger, call your local emergency number.

3. Reporting abuse

You can report a message or a person from the app. Reports go to the administrators of your organization's Artise server. You can also tell us through the form on our home page, starting the message with "Abuse report". You can block anyone at any time. We look into every report and act on the ones that break these terms.

4. Your content

5. The assistant

Ari uses AI models and can be wrong. Check anything important, such as dates, amounts and documents, before relying on it. It doesn't give professional medical, legal, tax or financial advice. Ari can only read the chats it's a member of, and only does things in them when someone asks or when you've set up a reminder or routine.

6. Encryption and recovery

Chats are end-to-end encrypted, so we can't read them, and we can't restore your encrypted messages if you lose every device and your recovery key. Keeping that key safe is up to you. See the help page for how it works.

7. Suspension and ending

We, or your organization's administrators, may suspend or remove accounts or content that break these terms or the law, or put other people or the service at risk. Where it's safe to, we'll tell you why. You can stop using Artise and delete your account at any time.

8. The service

We work to keep Artise running and your data safe, but the service is provided as it is, and it may sometimes be unavailable or change. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by your content, by other users, or by relying on the assistant's answers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

9. Changes and law

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above and, for meaningful changes, tell users in the app or by email before they take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without limiting the protections of the laws where you live.
